MEET REBECCA FRANCISCUS - FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL

With over 25 years of experience as an Enforcement Division attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and 15 years of experience as a trusted independent fiduciary, Rebecca brings a rare blend of legal precision, regulatory expertise, and personal stewardship to affluent individuals, families, and private foundations. 



REBECCA'S BACKGROUND

Rebecca mastered the intricacies of financial regulation and compliance during her 25-year career as Senior Special Counsel with the SEC’s Enforcement Division (2001–2025). Prior to government service, Rebecca practiced in a large, international law firm in New York, advising institutions on complex financial matters in litigation (1998-2001). 


Rebecca has served as an independent trustee and philanthropic advisor to select clients for more than 15 years (2009-present). Rebecca is adept at guiding families through the sensitive work of wealth preservation, legacy planning, and trust governance. 


Rebecca cares deeply about helping people and families. She works not only as a professional independent trustee, but as a partner to maintain family accord while providing seamless, personalized service to her clients.
